Please advise any special delivery instructions, freight and payment preference details with your order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard as payment. If you would like to make a direct funds transfer, please contact us for our bank details.

We recommend Australia Post for all orders, and the quoted freight price is for 3kg cubed weight and regular post. If you would prefer express post, please let us know and we will provide an accurate quotation for your particular order. If you have another preferred freight forwarder, please advise us.

Please advise if you are willing to accept substitutes in the event that your first choice is sold out, and we will endeavour to substitute equal or better quality.

Freight and Packing Charges

Up to 3kg cubed weight to Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold and Sunshine Coasts allow $15.00. All other areas 3kg cubed weight allow $20.00.

For orders larger than 3kg cubed, we will provide an estimate of freight cost prior to dispatch. All plants are sent in their pots unless otherwise requested. At this time, due to Quarantine restrictions, we do not accept orders from WA, Tas or NT, and plants sent to SA must be sent bare rooted, ie. not in their pots.

All prices shown include GST.
Orders over $1000 attract a 10% discount.
